National Indigenous History Month – An Opportunity to Learn

June is National Indigenous History Month and Health Sciences North is taking time to learn more and acknowledge the diversity, history and heritage of First Nation, Inuit and Metis.

Indigenous History Month provides the perfect opportunity for all of us to recognize and honour the strength and resilience of Indigenous Peoples and learn about their rich and diverse histories.

Juin est le Mois national de l’histoire autochtone. Horizon Santé-Nord prend le temps de reconnaître la diversité, l’histoire et le patrimoine des Premières Nations, des Inuits et des Métis et d’en apprendre plus.

Grâce au Mois de l’histoire autochtone, nous pouvons tous reconnaître et honorer la force et la résilience des peuples autochtones tout en nous renseignant sur leurs histoires riches et diverses.
